All purchases are final and non-refundable once the eSIM has been activated or the data package has been used, even partially. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout and may be subject to change. All applicable taxes are included in the displayed prices unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason once an eSIM has been purchased, even if it has not been activated or used.

This strict no-refund policy is necessary due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate allocation of resources upon purchase.

In exceptional circumstances where service cannot be provided due to technical issues on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit or a replacement eSIM.

6. Service Limitations

eSIM service is subject to network coverage and availability in the destination country. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free service. Data speeds may vary based on location, network congestion, and other factors.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to fraud, spamming, and distribution of malware.
